Personal:
Shirley has been a resident of Fresno
County since 1950 and a Kerman resident since 1965. She is the administrator and advisor
to the family farming business with husband Pete, son Ed and daughter-in-law Linda and
currently is the guiding hand in forming Koleen Realty. Shirley is an active member of her
church and community, having served on many committees.
In her leisure time, Shirley enjoys playing
golf and spending time with her family in Kerman and at the Monterey Peninsula coast. She
is always on the lookout for Beanie Babies to add to her vast collection.

Professional Experience:
Shirley began her career in real estate in 1984, first as an
agent and later as a partner of Valley West Properties on whose board she served as
treasurer.
Since her first year in the real estate
business, Shirley has been her agency’s top producing sales person. After succeeding
in the listing and selling end of the business, she branched out and developed a 20-acre
parcel of land in Kerman and completed a 77-lot subdivision. She has also been active in
the REO properties for many lenders including HFC, BA Properties, Security Pacific, Great
Western Bank, Ford Consumer and Hancock Savings.
With Shirley at the helm, Koleen Realty is in
