Personal:
A California transplant, Linda was born and raised
in New Jersey. In 1990, as a result of a job promotion, she was transferred from Dallas,
Texas, to Fresno. She was immediately impressed by the easy-going, comfortable lifestyle.
Shortly afterward, she met and married Ed Koleen and acquired an instant family with three
children.
Linda’s hobbies include boating,
bicycling, water & snow skiing, running and enjoying family life.
Education:
Attended Montclair State College (New
Jersey) and Dale Carnegie Professional Sales & Trainer Programs. In addition, she
attends many real estate related courses and continuing business education classes yearly.
Professional Experience:
As a full-time real estate consultant, Linda is able to
focus all her attention on your real estate needs. Linda’s career as V.P. Sales
Southern Division, V.P. Marketing and Director of Customer Satisfaction & Logistics
has provided her with over 17 years of local and international knowledge. Customer Service
has always been a priority. This broad experience is brought to the table every time she
meets with a client. Linda’s background in upper management with a major
international corporation has given her sharp negotiating skills, business sense and a
straightforward, assertive approach to achieving what is in her clients’ best
interests. Her proficiency in computer technology enables a diverse style of marketing and
promotion techniques to meet each client’s specific needs.
Linda attributes her success to an in-depth
knowledge of the overall real estate business, a high level of professionalism and a
unique ability to communicate with her clients. Her goals are to gain each client’s
respect and to handle any client’s repeat and referral business for life! She
