Personal:
A lifelong resident of Fresno County, Ed
Koleen is a man dedicated to strong family values and high business principles. He takes
pleasure in actively participating in the lives of his three children, whether listening
to and counseling them or coaching several of their athletic teams. Ed has served his
community as past president and member of the School Site Council. Wife Linda is his
partner in life, as well as in business. Through hard work and commitment, Ed has found it
possible to achieve success both at home and in business. Hobbies include boating, skiing
and travel.
Education:
Fresno City College and Cal-Poly, San Luis
Obispo. Continues to take courses to stay updated and abreast of the evolving real estate
markets, as well as farming regulations and its latest technology.
Professional Experience:
Ed offers years of personal, hands-on experience within
the agricultural farming industry. In 1977 he began farming by managing and maintaining
the family farming operation of vineyards, alfalfa hay and peach orchards. Ed’s
background gives him the business sense and knowledge of the San Joaquin Valley crops and
land values to help you with your agricultural investment decisions.
In 1986 he received his California real estate
license. His initial focus was on residential property listings and sales, along with
personal involvement in income-producing investments. He has also owned and managed a
small fruit and nut business on the central coast of California.
Ed’s experiences in his previous business
ventures have provided a firm basis for his career in all aspects of residential and
agricultural real estate.
