Shirley has been a resident in Fresno County since 1950. Over the past 40 years she was a partner in the Koleen Ranch farming business with her husband and son. They recently sold the farming operation and relocated to Fresno, and enjoy living at Woodward Lakes. They also enjoy entertaining family and friends at their lakeside home and cruising the lake on their party boat to explore the beautiful views and sunsets on the lake.
Shirley and her husband Pete made the move from Kerman to Fresno 2 years ago in order to spend more time with the family, which includes new great grandsons Jackson Avery Starbuck and Beckett Reed Chancellor. Wednesdays are set aside for family day at the lake. The little ones enjoy feeding the ducks and trying to fish occasionally. They especially enjoy the sandbox that Great Grandpa Pete built for them.

Shirley began her career in real estate in 1984, first as an agent and later as a partner of Valley West Properties on whose board she served as treasurer.
Since her first year in the real estate business, Shirley was her agency's top producing sales person. After succeeding in the listing and selling end of the business, she branched out and developed a 20-acre parcel of land in Kerman and completed a 77-lot subdivision, Park Avenue Estates. She has also been active in the REO Properties for many lenders including HFC, BA Properties, Security Pacific, Great Western Bank, Ford Consumer, and Hancock Savings.
With Shirley at the helm, Koleen Realty is in the unique position of offering you, the client, the benefits of her years of experience and success in all areas of real estate.
