Personal:
Kathi has been a resident of
Fresno since 1957. She is the owner and operator of Mane Event
Beauty Salon. She has been a cosmetologist for over 30 years, and
has maintained some of her clients just as long. Her husband
Richard was a partner in Hestbecks Market #1 (the original) and
recently sold the business.
Kathi and Richard graduated from
Fresno High School and have lived and done business in the Fresno
High area since graduating from High School.
Kathi served as President on the
Board of Directors for 8 years for a Condominium Association in
Shaver Lake. She worked closely with I & I Property Management and
was integral in restructuring the budget to get the association
back in the black and secure a way to keep it that way in the
future.

Kathi is new to the Real Estate
Industry but comes from a long line of Real Estate Brokers. She
and her husband have also been involved in many different types of

1031 exchanges, investment properties and more. Kathi’s success in
working with her clients both in the beauty salon and Grocery
business give her a wealth of experience with the public and
acquiring a large clientele of satisfied customers.
